| ITEM 1032 Border Delay Charge |
When through no fault of the Carrier, loaded or partially loaded vehicles are delayed at the United States/Canada border crossing points charges will be assessed as follows: Delay time is computed from the time the vehicle is positioned in the line leading to a U.S. or Canadian Customs Facility and will end when documentation has been presented to a customs official, less free time of 1 hour. Charges will be assessed to the payer of the freight charges. |
