ITEM 1018 Delivery Surcharge for Grocery Warehouses

Shipments picked up from or consigned to grocery warehouses will be assessed a delivery surcharge of $6.50 cwt. subject to a minimum charge of but not less than $50.00 per shipment and a maximum charge of $300.00 per shipment. This surcharge will be in addition to all other rates and charges applicable to the shipment.
